At Shree Vedamritam, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining strict hygiene standards for Ayurvedic and personal care products.
Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery. After this period, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Product must be in the same condition as delivered
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used products
- Ayurvedic / health & personal care items (once opened)
- Intimate hygiene products
- Products damaged due to misuse
Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a:
- Damaged product
- Defective item
- Wrong product
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will be notified via email or phone
- If approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account
- Contact your payment provider
- Processing delays may occur depending on your bank
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:
- Defective
- Damaged
- Incorrectly delivered
Shipping Returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- We recommend using a trackable courier service

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened wellness or feminine care products cannot be returned or exchanged.
